How do I reserve a room?
It's easy! After your visit, simply speak to a Colonial
Vista staff member, and they wil help you to make the
necessary arrangements. If there are no rooms currently
available, we will place you on our waiting list; or,
if a room is available, you may be able to reserve it
immediately. You may also reserve a room by calling 509.663.3337

May I decorate my apartment
with my own furnishings?
Certainly! At Colonial Vista, you decide how your home
will look. If you need any assistance from our maintenance
department to install anything, just let us know. |

Is there an entrance fee?
No. At Colonial Vista there are no entrance fees.
All you have to do is provide a small cleaning deposit
before you move in. |

Will I have to sign a long-term
lease?
No. You have the freedom to live at Colonial Vista on
a month-to-month basis. |

What type of meal service
is provided?
Colonial Vista has a beautiful, cafeteria-style
dining room. Our professional cooking staff prepares delicious
meals using the finest ingredients with an emphasis on
balanced diets. Dinner is served Monday through Saturday
at 5 p.m. and 1 p.m. on Sunday. Breakfast is available
daily in Vista IV and tickets may be purchased in the
office or added to your account. |

May I have guests whenever
I wish?
Guests are always welcome and may join you in
the dining room. A private dining room is available that
seats 5–12 friends and family. Special holiday meal
prices vary depending on the menu. |

Do you provide transportation?
Yes! Our passenger van provides outings and signtseeing
tours around the valley on a regular basis. The van also
chauffeurs regular shopping trips. Link Plus is available
for appointments. |

What if I need medical assistance?
We provide a 24-hour call line that is available to summon
emergency service when needed. We are always there for
you, every hour of the day. |

What if my care needs change?
This is a very important question to consider as you make
your plans. Our facility is unique in that we are able
to provide both assisted care and nursing home care on
the same campus, in addition to retirement apartments.
If your care needs increase, you can receive additional
care without leaving the Colonial Vista grounds. For married
couples, this is especially good news. If your spouse
requires additional care, he or she will be right nearby. |

Are pets allowed? Is smoking
allowed?
To create a safe and comfortable atmosphere for all residents
and guests, pets are generally not allowed–and for
the same reasons, Colonial Vista is a non-smoking facility. |
